Registration
Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, the Thursday Night Opening Reception, and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Visit the program to learn more.
*Tickets for the Rocky Mountain Gala are not included. Gala tickets are available for purchase for an additional $200.
The confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there. Now the hard part… wait for the conference. Closer to the conference, additional information and app download instructions will be sent to the email address you used to register.
If you did not receive a confirmation email (check your junk/spam/promotion folders), please contact BanffWesternConnection@buksa.com.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
All fees are subject to GST.
If you are having trouble making a payment, please contact BanffWesternConnection@buksa.com.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the BWC Organizers at banffwesternconnection@buksa.com on or before December 17, 2026 in order to receive a refund.
A $200.00 (plus GST) cancellation fee will apply to all paid conference registrations.
Any cancellations made after December 17, 2026 will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for Rocky Mountain Gala or Opening Reception tickets at any time.
Substitutions may be made until December 17, 2026, in writing to banffwesternconnection@buksa.com.

Accomodation & Travel
The BWC Organizers have secured discounted room rates at the Fairmont Banff Springs and The Rimrock Resort Hotel. Attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms. Discount rates will be available for each of the hotels. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Booking links for the hotels will only be available in the confirmation email after purchasing your tickets.
Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation bookings and cancellations. The event organisers will not be held liable for canceling any hotel bookings on behalf of a delegate.
Special Events
The Rocky Mountain Gala will take place on Saturday, January 30 from 6:30-11:00 PM at The Fairmont Banff Springs Ballroom. Enjoy laughter, celebration, and connection. Gala tickets are not included with the regular conference pass.

General Event Questions
The conference takes place over 3 days. On arrival we open with the Opening reception. Then we go into the 2 day conference sessions and end off with the Gala dinner.
